Fishs Torq

When you love surfing, there are certain questions you can ask yourself. Where do surf fish boards come from? Why surf a fish board?

Hawaiisurf tells you all about it, it's Steve Lis, a Californian kneeboarder, who decided to use the remains of a longboard broken in 2 to build a small board with 2 fins (twin). The fish was born! The aim was to create a board with volume, a fairly flat rocker and a swallow tail for riding fast sections of wave. Today fish boards are seen more as summer surfboards shaped to surf small to medium waves for those who don't want a longboard or the shortboarder looking for volume.

In our opinion, every good, passionate surfer needs a fish board in his quiver for maximum fun, but above all to catch more waves.
