DELIVERY TIME

Delivery times vary according to your location and the shipping method you choose. Here's a general estimate:

FRANCE :

• Standard delivery: 2 to 3 working days. (Corsica + 3 days)
• Standard delivery for non-volume products: 5 working days. (Corsica + 3 days)
• Express delivery: 1 to 2 working days.

EUROPEAN UNION :

• Standard delivery: 3 to 5 working days.
• Standard delivery for non-volume products: 5 to 7 working days.

 

CANARIES : 

• Standard International: 2 to 8 working days.

 

PREPARATION TIMES

Orders are prepared and dispatched from our warehouse in Bayonne (64), France. Delivery times and costs depend on the specific preparation of the order, the delivery method chosen and the destination.

Delivery times do not take into account the preparation of the order; consequently, 1 extra day is added for any order placed after 12:00 pm (GMT+1h).

All orders placed before 12:00 pm (GMT+1h) will be processed the same day (with the exception of orders for bulky Ski/Snowboard/Surf/Sup and bike products...).

Delivery times are given in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in Europe will only be processed on the following Monday or working day.

During certain periods, notably during sales and inventories or during periods of exceptionally high demand, on an exceptional basis, delivery times may be slightly longer than normal. Hawaii Surf cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shippers.

• DPD: Standard and relay delivery with tracking for worry-free delivery.
• Gls: Delivery to your door or to a relay point anywhere in Europe, offering real-time tracking and flexible delivery options.
• Bmv: Secure delivery of oversized and fragile products (surfboards, skis, snowboards, bikes...)

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number. You'll be able to track your package in real time.
