Orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place) to the United Kingdom. This means that customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply to the delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.

- GLS Express : 19.90 € — Next day delivery before 1 PM for any order placed before 12 PM (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Bmv : 29.90€ (items outside format: surf, stand up paddles, bikes...)
EUROPEAN UNION :
- DPD Predict : 9.90€ / Free from 199.95€
- Gls Pickup Point : 9.90€ / Free from 199.95€ (List of pickup points)

DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen. Here’s a general estimate:
FRANCE :
- Standard Delivery : 2 to 3 working days. (Corsica + 3 days)
- Standard Delivery for non-bulky products: 5 working days . (Corsica + 3 days)
- Express Delivery : 1 to 2 working days.
EUROPEAN UNION :
- Standard Delivery : 3 to 5 working days.
- Standard Delivery for non-bulky products: 5 to 7 working days.
CANARIES :
- Standard International : 2 to 8 working days.
PREPARATION TIMES
Orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse in Bayonne (64), France. The delivery time and costs depend on the specific order preparation modalities, the chosen delivery method, and the destination.
Delivery times do not account for order preparation; therefore, 1 additional day should be added for any order placed after 12 PM (GMT+1).
Any order placed before 12 PM (GMT+1) will be processed the same day (except for orders of bulky products Ski/Snowboard/Surf/Sup and bikes...).
Delivery times are indicated in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday in Europe are only processed on the following Monday or the next working day.
During certain periods, especially during sales and inventory or during periods of exceptionally high demand, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. Hawaii Surf cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shippers.
