The Horseshoe Tec Surfboard Longboard

The Horseshoe surfboard from Torq is reminiscent of a classic log longboard without the weight. With its retro shape, 50/50 rails and big nose , you'll have a blast getting through sections and making noses. Sold without centerboard: We recommend an 8" or 9" centerboard.

Practice level: Intermediate to expert.

Outline: Quite a lot of volume, with a good width at the nose for easy rowing and take-off.

Rocker: Light on the nose for easy take-off and medium on the tail for drive and manoeuvrability.

Concave: Single concave on one third then rolled in the center to rolled vee to tail to facilitate rail-to-rail passages.

Rails: 50/50 for maximum trim (glide).

Tail: Straight cut for big turns and efficient rail transfer.

Daggerboards: Notsupplied. US box mounting for single surfing (1 daggerboard).

Construction: Torq Tec, EPS foam with Epoxy resin glass and carbon reinforcements on top and bottom. The best weight/strength/performance ratio.
